At MyTeamBobbleheads.com, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom bobbleheads. Because every item is hand-sculpted and painted to order, our shipping process differs from standard retail stores. Please read this policy carefully to understand our production timelines, shipping options, and delivery expectations.

1. Production Time (Lead Time)

Before your order can be shipped, it must go through our custom creation process:
  • Standard Custom Orders: Typically require 2–3 weeks for production after you approve the digital proof.
  • Bulk Orders (50-1000 units): Typically require 3–6 weeks for production due to mold creation and mass painting.
  • Rush Production: Available for an additional fee. Please contact us at [service@myteambobbleheads.com] before placing your order to confirm feasibility.
Note: Production time does not include shipping time. The clock starts only after you have approved the final design proof.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimates

Once your bobbleheads are completed and quality-checked, they will be shipped via the method selected at checkout. All orders are shipped from our facility in [Insert City, State/Country].

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues are beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days of your estimated ship date, please check your spam folder or contact us.
  • For bulk orders shipped on multiple pallets or boxes, we will provide tracking for each individual package.

4. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic: We ship to all 50 US States. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes for large bulk orders; a physical address is required.
  • International: We ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid at checkout.

5. Delivery Issues & Claims

Damaged in Transit

We pack our bobbleheads with extreme care using custom foam inserts. However, if your package arrives damaged:
  1. Do not discard the box or packing materials.
  2. Take clear photos of the external box damage and the damaged product.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [service@myteambobbleheads.com].
  4. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund immediately.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package:
  • Please check with neighbors or your building management.
  • Contact the carrier directly using the tracking number.
  • If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us, and we will resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If you notice an error before the order ships, contact us immediately, and we will try to update it.
  • If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address. You may need to work with the carrier to intercept the package (fees may apply).
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to the address provided in the order.

6. Bulk Order Shipping

For large bulk orders (e.g., corporate events, wedding favors):
  • Orders may be split into multiple shipments depending on weight and dimensions.
  • Freight shipping may be used for very large orders (500+ units). In this case, delivery is typically to the curb/loading dock unless "Liftgate Service" is purchased.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment upon arrival.

7. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the United States:
  • The recipient is solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees upon arrival.
  • MyTeamBobbleheads.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
  • Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed by customs. We cannot refund orders abandoned due to unpaid customs fees.
